I have over a decade of experience in the industry of health insurance and have held positions of Telesales Agent, and Associate Sales Manager for various Blue Cross Blue Shield carriers throughout the country, prior to my current role. I facilitate all levels of Virtual instructor Led Training and In Person Instructor led training for our external agencies to onboard as well as improve proficiency, retention, and sales.
