In this month's Ask the Dietitian live webinar, Lauren Dimitrov, a registered dietitian nutritionist with Florida Blue, will talk about meal kits and meal prep solutions that save time in the kitchen and help with portion control. Lauren Dimitrov, MPH, RDN Lauren Dimitrov is the Clinical Dietitian with the Medical Operations Care Program at Florida Blue. She completed her Dietetic Internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview, her Masters of Public Health at Florida International University, and her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition at Florida State University. Lauren has lived in Florida most of her life and loves helping people achieve their nutrition goals.
