Your Whole Health: Supporting Your Mental Well-Being During Pregnancy and Beyond (10/15/26)
Thursday, October 15, 2026 05:00 PM - 06:00 PM
Pregnancy and postpartum mental health can feel isolating and confusing, especially when you're unsure what's a normal part of the transition and when it may be time to seek support. In this webinar, we'll explore the connection between physical and mental well-being during and after pregnancy, learn how to recognize when stress or anxiety may be more than you can manage on your own, and understand the difference between the baby blues and postpartum depression. We'll also discuss practical pathways to support, from your OB/GYN and mental health professionals to digital tools, and address questions about mental health medications during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
